Contact details and conversation
When you start a pilot enquiry, we save your name, company, email address and phone number so the Firny team can prepare and follow up on your enquiry. We also save your interview messages and the AI-generated replies, including any resulting pilot brief.
How the AI interview works
Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the enquiry in its D1 database and processes the conversation through Workers AI. The interviewer receives your name, company and conversation; your email address and phone number are not included in its prompts. AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. A conversation does not commit you to a purchase.
Your private session
An essential browser cookie lets you return to your interview in the same browser for up to 30 days. The cookie is an access key to your own conversation; its lifetime is separate from how long the enquiry is stored. There are no advertising or analytics cookies in this version. The landing page loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Keep sensitive information out
Please do not share passwords, API keys, payment details or confidential customer records. A description of your systems and business problem is enough for this first conversation.
Access and deletion requests
You can download your conversation in the interview. To request a correction or deletion, leave that request in your interview or ask the Firny team when they follow up. The AI interviewer records such requests; it does not itself delete records.
